You...

They were painful months without you.
Months in which I walked alone through my shadows, in which I lost myself in hurts and silences, in which I didn’t know how to breathe whole again.

It hurt not to have you, but it hurt even more not to have myself.
And it was in that absence — yours and mine — that I began to find my way back.
Pain pushed me inward and there I discovered a place I had never inhabited: the center of myself.
Today I know that this is where everything begins, that I am the starting point of my own world, and that nothing outside of me can fill what only I can offer myself.
You were always present, even when I couldn’t see it.
You saw where I was blind.
And you could have trapped me in your pain, you could have chosen possession, revenge, conquest…But you chose generosity. You chose to offer me freedom.
You cannot imagine how much that transformed me.
Because only an immense heart is capable of loving like that — without demanding, without imprisoning, without wanting anything in return.
And that is why today resentment has given way to gratitude and the love I feel for you carries a different purity, deeper, more whole.
Thank you for letting me walk this path.
Thank you for giving me the space I needed to find myself again.
Today I love you with awareness, with the truth of someone who no longer loses herself, but chooses freely... to love.
I adore you for the human being you are, for your nobility, for your courage.
