I’m the woman behind the stories...

Portuguese by birth, living in The Netherlands for more than 20 years,  a mother of two and someone who has spent the last few years learning that starting over is not the same as starting from scratch.

​

I’ve been a wife, a mother, a daughter, a professional, a lover, a dreamer. I’ve built things, lost things, stayed too long, let go and found my way back to myself more than once.

​

I write about life as I experience it: love, relationships, motherhood, freedom, identity, desire, change, healing and all the beautiful mess in between.

​

I don’t have life figured out. I’m simply curious enough to keep asking questions and brave enough to keep changing.

​

This is my space to be honest, sometimes uncomfortable, sometimes funny, and always human.
